These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Regal (hereinafter: Contractor) and the client (hereinafter: Client) regarding the design, manufacture, delivery, and assembly of bespoke custom furniture.

1. Technical Documentation

Foundation of the Project

The official Quotation and the accompanying "Carpentry Scope Overview" constitute the sole governing technical documentation upon which the project is executed. All specifications (dimensions, materials, fittings, colors, and engineering solutions) stated in these documents are final.

The Contractor is obligated to execute works strictly according to these documents, and the Client confirms full agreement with all items upon quotation acceptance and deposit payment.

2. Quotation Validity

Validity and Commencement

Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Manufacturing commences once all specifications are finalized, the written confirmation is received, and the advance deposit is paid.

3. Timelines

Production Timeline

The estimated delivery timeline is agreed upon after deposit payment and quotation signing. The Contractor reserves the right to extend deadlines in cases of supplier supply delays or force majeure events, with prompt written notification to the Client.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Structure

Standard payment terms require a 60% advance deposit upon quotation acceptance, and the remaining 40% immediately upon installation completion (or prior to final delivery). All delivered elements remain the property of the Contractor until full payment is settled.

5. Site Preparation

Site Readiness and Survey

The Client must ensure that at the time of final on-site survey, all walls, floors, and ceilings are in their finished state. The Contractor is not liable for structural non-verticalities or non-90-degree angles but will employ expert craftsmanship to visually compensate.

Subsequent architectural alterations after final survey are at the Client's expense. The Contractor is not liable for concealed utility lines not clearly marked on plans provided by the Client.

6. Material Selection

Materials and Samples

Material samples are informative in nature. Natural materials (hardwoods, veneers) exhibit natural variations in grain and tone. The Contractor guarantees the use of exact specifications defined in the quotation.

7. Appliances

Appliances & Technical Specs

If the Client procures appliances independently, exact technical specification sheets must be provided to the Contractor prior to production drafting.

8. Site Access & Installation

Access and Power

The Client is required to provide unhindered site access, a parking spot for delivery vehicles, and active electrical power on site.

9. Warranty

Warranty & Inspections

We provide a 5-year warranty on all executed joinery works. The Client must inspect all furniture upon assembly completion. Any visible mechanical marks must be reported immediately upon completion of installation.

10. Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the Client after project confirmation and material acquisition, the Contractor reserves the right to retain the advance deposit to cover incurred engineering and material costs.

11. Extra Works

Non-Contractual Additions

Any verbal requests or additions not recorded in the original quotation are treated as extra works and invoiced accordingly, potentially adjusting delivery timelines.

12. Handover

Final Acceptance

Upon installation completion and final payment, a handover report is signed. If the Client is absent, the project is deemed accepted without objections 48 hours following assembly completion.
